The Institute
The training program project evolved and a group of scholars and professors in economic theory, business management, finance, and other disciplines from Switzerland and elsewhere in Europe joined Professor Linder to create a permanent platform. Its Chinese constituency suggested that this platform should be called the Linder Institute.

The Institute was subsequently certified by the State Administration of Foreign Exports Affairs (SAFEA) as the sole training channel in
 

Switzerland for Chinese nationals. During a period of two years, the Institute provided in-house and on-site training for a dozen Chinese delegations and organizations, and received excellent marks for its educational programs.

Unfortunately, Professor Linder died in 2000, in the midst of his development work on behalf of the Institute. To safeguard its continuity, his long-time friend and associate Anton Glanzmann immediately went to work to further refine the training curriculum.
